Every Maison Arclaire product is crafted with precision and care. Should you find any issues with your order, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original condition. Items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our ink and additive products, opened or used bottles will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on select items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please email us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and order details.

Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@maisonarclaire.com. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
