Domestic & International Shipping

At Maison Arclaire, we take great care in ensuring your order arrives securely and promptly. All items are carefully packaged and shipped from our atelier within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Domestic Orders (U.S.):
Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is available via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping options are offered at checkout.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days. Customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays & Damages

Maison Arclaire is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier service interruptions or customs holds. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the contents and packaging within 48 hours and reach out so we can assist you accordingly.
